    New Kitchen!

I just recently got married and I was able to retrieve my presents from my mom's house over Thanksgiving weekend.

Lucky me!! I received my All-Clad set of pots and pans from my mom & dad, my Le Creuset pieces, my Emile Henry bakers, beautiful knives and dishes and everything else. Talk about what to be Thankful for Thanksgiving - wonderful friends and family!

I've been cooking since I organized my kitchen and put everything away and I have to say that I LOVE All-Clad.

Made on Sunday (first dinner with new stuff for new husband)- All-clad recipe, using the grill pan - Asian Halibut and bok choy made with sake, soy sauce, sweet rice wine

Ate on Monday (w/ my friend during bachelor) - CL's Butternut Squash soup from October 06, and a butter lettuce salad with apples, cherry vinegar and bleu cheese with cranberries and almonds

Today: My mom and her girlfriend came for lunch, so I worked from home and was still able to make Lentil and Potato stew from All Recipes, Mint Raita and Pitas.

Very excited and can't wait to cook tomorrow and to jump into the bakers and Le Creusets!

    I love all-clad cookware! you're very lucky!
I have been doing research for cookware in the past month and all-clad comes up as my favorite so far.

Thanks for the idea. I've asked for new pots and pans for Christmas and DH wants to know what kind. I'll keep
    All-Clad in mind.

    Kat-

The only ones that you can put in the dishwasher are the stainless steel one. In fact, they're the only ones that Williams & Sonoma carried that are dishwasher safe, so that was a major factor in my decision.

    They're just beautiful.

    Have fun at Christmas! :-)
