Dutch ovens (also called French ovens) are workhorses, whether they're made of stainless or cast iron. I don't know what your Emeril one is made of, but the cookware line is made by All-Clad, so that's a good sign! You can absolutely put it in the oven at 350. It may go up to 450; that depends on the handle's material so you need to check online (Google Emeril, I suppose). Enjoy it!

As you cook, you enjoy omniscience about food that no amount of label reading can match. Having retaken control of the meal from the food scientists, you know exactly what is in it.
