After the jar is opened should this be stored in the pantry or in the fridge?
I keep Marshmallow Fluff in the cupboard/pantry.
I also keep the Fluff in the pantry. I think it would be quite hard if stored in the fridge, so you'd have to let it sit out at room temperature for awhile to soften. That is no good when you need to have a Fluffernutter sandwich right now.

Make sure the OUTSIDE is clean and the lid on tight. I have found ants in my fluff. Uggg
I have stored it both ways and also prefer the pantry. Another tip - if you're using the whole jar or finishing up a jar, dip your spoon in hot water or spray it with cooking spray before you scoop - it makes less of a sticky mess that way.
