Pudding pop recipe from Skippy

I was browsing for a way to use my new popsicle molds (purchased at Bed Bath and Beyond for $3) and found this easy one -- I haven't tried it yet, but what's not to like?

That looks really good! And it would be a good post workout snack (carbs and protein). Thanks for the heads up, I'm going to buy the stuff for it this week.

The inner kid in me thinks these would be a lovely post-training treat (hey Robyn, great minds and all that!). Thanks for sharing!

Oh boy. This sounds yummers & I bet DH will love it. Do you think rice milk will work too? I will also be breaking some bamboo skewers in half, in lieu of popsicle sticks. What the hay, I promise we will not run around with it in our mouths!

I've never tried rice milk, but if you'd make pudding with it, I can't imagine it would be a problem.

I agree on the post-workout snack idea!

I made these Tuesday night & tried them last night. It may have been the rice milk, but it turned out awful! I will have to try it again, with real milk. They kinda tasted like like frozen flour on a stick...
