I have a can of Apricot Pie Filling.....Ideas?

This has been sitting in my pantry for ages and I'd like to use it up, but googling brings up recipes to make my own, not ideas to use up the store bought variety. Even the company website only had two suggestions, and they were entrees which will not fly with my family.

I was kind of thinking of adding a can of sour cherries and making some kind of crisp or cobbler, but a recipe would be nice. Any suggestions?

What about as a cheesecake topping?

OR ... you could make a dump cake. I usually prefer a "red" pie filling/fruit mixture for that, but apricot would be fine.

OR ... a pastry filling? Danish or something like that?

Why not just make Apricot Pie? This recipe looks good.

And it looks like RecipeBridge has a lot of recipes.
