Self Rising Flour Question

I am making a Pound Cake. The recipe calls for self rising flour. I didn't notice this until I starting mixing the ingredients SO I just used my all purpose flour. Do you think it will have a great effect on the recipe? I really don't know?

You'll need to add the self-rising bits:

1 cup all purpose flour, plus 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt

Self-rising flour includes leavening, hence the name "self rising." If you used regular AP flour instead, it's going to be missing sufficient leavening and may not rise, or won't rise as much as it should, or will fall as it cools. SR flour also includes salt, so it may taste flat.
