Tea4one- Thanks! I have cut and pasted to save but couldn't find how many servings for each soup, did I miss something? My thinking is serving 4. What a great comprehensive "Basic Quick List" to have on hand when I want to make a different soup from my regular rotations. So appreciated this and am sending copies of my notes to friends and family who love soups in the upcoming cold weather! Boy was it cold last night, could have used a nice cup of hot soup.

The article is featured in the food network magazine but I don't think they gave servings there either. There is a pull-out in the magazine.
