Avec Eric with Eric Ripert

His cooking show on PBS. It's pretty standard.

He cooks in his home kitchen and I noticed he doesn't have gas. He has a flat top range.

I'm trying to remember but it seems to me every TV chef I've seen cooks on gas. Then again I don't watch a lot of cooking shows except for the compaetitive types.

LOL Bob. When I saw that I thought about all the gas vs electric threads here.

I have gas, DBF has electric. I cook at both places and at this point have no preference. I think electric has come a long way though.

He was also cooking a whole red snapper which is another debate entirely.
