Have Roasted veggies and kale - need soup recipe

I have some roasted veggies left over from baking a fish on top of it a couple of days ago and some Kale from my Co-op share. I'm thinking Soup with lots of Tomatoes because the girls are more likely to eat that with the kale included.

Any soup recipes to share?

Thanks

I've made this soup from Ina Garten, it's basic and delicious. You could add kale and let it go until it's cooked. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/i...pe2/index.htmlGood luck!

That's the first thing I thought of too but was wondering about having baked fish over the veggies?

I ended up making the Two-bean Soup with Kale in the October issue. I took the veggies and put them in the food processor with the beans and broth. Used chicken stock from some smoked chicken.

I had picked over all the veggies and removed all the fish. However the Cajun seasoning remained and made for a spicy soup!
