What to make in my new cast iron dutch oven?
I finally broke down and purchased the Food Network cast ironed, enamel dutch oven. Anyone have any recommendations on some scrumptious dish to make and break it in?

I'm feeling chilly, so I think beef stew or a pot of lentil soup sounds good!
