I just posted my review for these over the weekend. I like them, but I will add more salt next time. I think that because I used maple cured ham, which doesn't have a lot of salt, it made them kind of bland.
The other reviews posted were not favorable.
I made them to go with Ina Garten's White Bean and Rosemary soup. Think they make a nice complement.
