Chocolate Icing

I am making a cake today, and I don't know if this icing will require refrigeration. I hope I can get away without doing that.

The icing contains melted chocolate chips, sour cream, vanilla, instant coffee, and water. I would prefer not to refrigerate the cake, since it could get tough. I know the icing contains uncooked sour cream. I would like your opinions on whether the cake requires refrigeration after serving it tonight.

I think it would be ok to keep out for a day or maybe two, but if you're going to be keeping it longer than that I would refrigerate it.

If you eat it tonight you are OK. When there is uncooked sour cream I put the cake in the fridge.
