Fun-loving diverse group seeks possible new members for long walks on the beach

Just kidding! What we are really seeking are some potential new members to join, in our own humble opinion, our very fun established group. The group consists of members located primarily in the Eastern Montgomery county / NW Philadelphia Burbs area ranging from Glenside to Lafayette Hill to Blue Bell, with an occasional trip to Media and Radnor. The group consists of a core group of 4 people who attend each month, with 3 part-time members who divide up the months among themselves.

Part of what makes our group fun is the diversity within our ranks. The group contains a variety of ages, ranging from the mid 30s to early 50s, includes married & single, gay & straight, different religions, different ethnicities, people with kids, people who treat their pets as their kids, etc. Yes all that within a group of 7 individuals!

We meet monthly on Sunday nights, with the person hosting providing the venue and the wine, with the other members providing the food. Hosting and course selections rotate each month. We do not adhere to any themes , other than the mandate of having lots of fun and laughter . Additionally, although this is a Cooking Light group, our mantra has always been cook light and eat heavy, even veering from Cooking Light recipes if necessary.

While we love our little group, partly because we don't take ourselves too seriously , we are currently in the process of considering bringing 2 - 3 more regular monthly members into the group to share in our fun.
