Smile Halloween Songs!

We're hosting our annual pumpkin carving party next weekend and I thought it would be fun to have a playlist of halloween music (keeping in minds lots of youngsters will be here) playing while we carve... so far I have MJ's Bad and Thriller, Ghostbusters, Monster Mash, Abracadabra, Purple People Eater, and a few others on my list.... need help thinking of other fun halloween type songs... any suggestions?

I have this collection, which I like, on CD. There are a dozen or so ideas for you here.

http://www.amazon.com/Ghastly-Groove.../dp/B000000RYH

Also click on the "Just Can't Get Enough" CD link there and you'll find a slew of other Halloween CDs shown!

How about The Muensters theme song and Casper the Friendly Ghost? If you will google *Halloween free midis* you will find a large selection of free downloads.

My performing ensembles are giving a concert on Friday night, October 30th at the Elley-Long Music Center on the St. Michael's College campus at 7:00 PM. You're all invited...admission is free!
The program includes:
Evil Ways (Santana)
Autumn Leaves
Bewitched (Bothered, and Bewildered - Cole Porter)
Beulah Witch (Buddy Rich)
Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic (The Police)
Phantom of somethingorother Hill
Pirates of the Caribbean
Old Devil Moon
Nightmare Before Christmas Medley
Monster Mash

I wanted to do Black Magic Woman & Stevie Wonder's Superstition, but we're just not going to be able to get them up to speed in time for the performance.

I didn't click on Bob's link, so some of these may be there as well:

Witchy Woman (Eagles)
Werewolves of London (Warren Zevon)
The Legend of Wooly Swamp (Charlie Daniels)
Moon Over Bourbon Street (Sting)
Tubular Bells (Mike Oldfield--the theme from "The Exorcist")
The theme song from the movie "Halloween"

that old song "Spooky" (Love is kinda crazy with a Spooky little girl like you... SPOOKY!) I don't know who sings it.

If you're loading these on an iPOD I bet iTunes has some Halloween Lists on their iTunes Essentials, even if you don't want to buy them there it will give you ideas.

Terri mentioned "Twilight Zone". I assumed she means the theme song. There's also a song by Golden Earring called "Twilight Zone"

"Dinner with Drac"...don't know the artist

Violent Femmes did a cover of a song about Aliens http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VxV9t...om=PL&index=71

"Witchdoctor" David Seville
