Need help finding a FoodNetwork recipe

I have been watching Tyler Florence on Food Network. One day this week he gave a recipe for Roasted Fingerling Potatoes in Salt. I thought I could get it easily online so I erased the program. Big Mistake! Have you ever tried to find a recipe on Food Network? I have tried everything - potatoes - fingerling -salt -and no luck.
I know it was this week, but I have checked all the programs listed and nothing, so if anybody watched it or has the recipe I would be most grateful if you could post it or tell me where to get it.
He boiled these fingerling potatoes a little bit, then covered them in salt and baked them in the oven. I suppose since I know that much I could experiment.
Frustrating experience.

Are you sure that's what the recipe was called? I agree that Food Network is not user friendly for finding recipes; I usually use Google. I did my own searching on Google, and using quotes around the recipe title yielded nothing. I need to put my kids to bed now, but if you don't find it, I'll try again later and post whatever I find.

Well, I know it was fingerling potatoes because he put one beside his finger to show why it is called that and it seemed like he put a cup of salt over the potatoes and I am sure it was Tyler Florence because he is the only one I tape.
It would be great if you could find the recipe. I didn't think to Google.

I'm not very good about copying a link, so anyway, I went to the foodnetwork website, in the search bar at the top of the page I put in "fingerling potatoes" and search. 39 recipes came up, 2 by Tyler Florence, one on page 1 and one on page 2. Neither called for boiling or salting. But maybe thats a start, hope it helps. Good Luck

Is it this one? I found this by Googling: potatoes salt tyler florence

Salt-Crusted Potatoes

Recipe courtesy Tyler Florence

Prep Time:10 min
Cook Time:1 hr 5 min
Level:Easy

Serves:6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

* 2 cups kosher salt
* Several turns coarsely ground black pepper
* 4 fresh rosemary sprigs, ripped in pieces
* 4 fresh thyme sprigs, ripped in pieces
* 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
* 12 small yellow potatoes, such as fingerling or Yukon, rinsed, scrubbed, and patted dry

Directions

Combine the salt, pepper, and herbs in a large bowl. Pour the oil into a large cast iron skillet and set over medium-high flame or charcoal grill. When the oil reaches a slight smoke, add the potatoes in a single layer and fry until they get nice and crackled on all sides. Cover the potatoes completely with the salt mixture, and cook for about 1 hour until the salt forms a cooked crust and the potatoes are tender. Break open the crust to serve.

That's it! Thank you so much. I went through every one of his recipes on FoodNetwork and that didn't come up. All just sprinkled with salt.
I was beginning to think my memory is going because I was sure he had a bowl of salt. I am going to try them as soon as I get some fingerling potatoes.
