Can I add bananas or apples to Quaker's Baked Oatmeal and then freeze?

I know this Quaker Oats recipe has gotten many rave reviews on ths CLBB. I recall reading that you can freeze the leftovers, but I was wondering if it would be ok to add apples or bananas, and then freeze? I'm thinking the apples would be ok, not sure about the bananas.

Thanks!

Here's the recipe.

4 egg whites -- lightly beaten

1 tablespoon vanilla
fat free milk or nonfat yogurt and fruit -- optional

Hi applecrisp,

I missed this recipe so thanks for posting it. I freeze bananas for smoothies all the time, so I would think it would be fine! Apples sound good, too. It's on my weekend to-try list. Thanks again,

Kate
