Home exercise enthusiasts week ov Nov 2

Wow, where is everyone? Someone please check in. n

Did GS legs yesterday, the whole thing including all the little moves at the end that target smaller muscles. Wow, some sore sapots this morning. I'm not a fan of that part of the workout but did it anyway.

Today is yoga, some cardio, and then back/ biceps. Haven't started STS yet but have done GS series for two weeks, starting the third and then think I will be OK with it.

Guys, this is turning out to be my personal workout page and it's not all that interesting unless others participate. Anyone who reads this is welcome to join in and report what you do, no matter if it's large or small, and we can compare notes, encourage each other.

Yesterday did a excellent hike about 11 or so miles. got up to about 6000 feet, with not a whole lot of snow considering how late in the season. Very warm too, upper 50's so we were rolling up pants legs to cool off. enough snow to be slippery and some deep drifts when we got up high.

One more comment about cathe's GS legs. the floor exercises will give you the sorest hips and butts imaginable. hard to believe those little moves could hurt so much 2 days later.
