I have a bunch of orange and cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes left over from dinner tonight... does anyone have any good recipes I can use these up in, muffins, quickbreads, etc?
What about sweet potato pie? A search on myrecipes turns up a ton, including some CL ones. You could also probably just add an egg and a can of evaporated milk to what you've got, throw into a pre-baked shell, and bake.
