ISO: Cinnamon Custard Pie

I'm almost sure that I saw a recipe for Cinnamon Custard Pie in a recent magazine I browsed through (which would have most likely been CL, BA, or BHG), and I was hoping to make it for a potluck this weekend. However, I can't seem to find a recipe anywhere when doing a search. Does anyone remember seeing a recipe like this? I'm pretty sure it was a very simple recipe and didn't have anything else in it. TIA!

hmm that reminds me of something my mom and gramma used to make called "poor man's pie". I am going to look up the recipe.

I found it!

I remembered where I saw the recipe while I was taking a shower this morning. The recipe was in the November issue of Martha Stewart Living, which my mom had brought with her when my parents visited last weekend. I checked out the magazine from the library (for some reason, the recipe isn't available online) and will post a review later this weekend.
