What to do with ~1/2 can of evaporated milk?

I have about 1/2 a can of evaporated milk leftover. Is there anything besides pumpkin pie to use it in? The only recipe on the side is for pumpkin pie.

You can use it pretty much as you would regular milk. Some times I use left over evaporated milk in my coffee or oatmeal or in mashed potatoes. These are only a few ways it can be used. I am sure others will have more ideas.

The only milk my sister keeps on hand is evaporated milk, which she uses in her very good mashed potatoes. I agree with Vinca.

I use it in the CL Creamiest Chocolate Pudding. Great quick and easy stove top recipe that is even better hot than it is refrigerated.

I had the same question and decided it was going in my morning tea. May try it on my oatmeal tomorrow just to use it up.
