Talking I broke 160!

No, not playing golf!

I started out at 181, and I'm down to 159 now, the first time I've been uner 160 in over 2 years! Yay!

(Back to your regularly scheduled program...)

Whooooooo!!!!! I'm so happy for you!! I have been going through the same thing, setting another goal each time I reach a new number o the scale. Isn't it great to say good bye to the 160's?!?! ! You have lots to be proud of! Your efforts have paid off.

Thank you, all! (Bowing to all)

I am shooting for 140 (I'm 5'6" and my doctor feels that this would be a good weight for me). Let's see if I can hit it by Christmas...

P.S. I'm having a lot of fun getting back into clothes I couldn't wear for 3 years!

Yay Diana!!!

I think I've "found" some of your lost pounds .
I've been eating a lot of junky concession food at baseball games for the past 2 months and it is not pretty!

Congratulations! I'm still losing, and everytime I drop to a new second digit, like from 160 to 150, it is just a wonderful feeling, so I can relate with your feelings of excitement. Keep up the good work!

Great job, Diana. Treat yourself to a new book or something fun like that.

Thanks for sharing your progress with us. I love hearing success stories.
