I am a big fan of skinless chicken breast because it is so flexible and is subject to so much variety. One just has to have a little imagination and creativity. Any good chicken breast recipes out there? Please share what you do or know
Also, very important to eat high protein-low carb snacks and keep them readily available such as hard boiled eggs, chicken breast strips, tofu, etc.
Anybody got any good tofu recipes. As long as you dont go crazy with the oil or leave out butter or other fattening grease, you should be OK with this choice. Tofu takes on the flavor of whatever you cook with. So whats your best recipes for that?
