    Foodsaver help

    HI everyone.
I cannot find a chart for food saver. Does anyone have the storage time charts (how long in freezer if Foodsaver was used?)
    Thanks

I've kept food-saved items in the freezer for up to a year. If the "seal" doesn't break, it tastes fresh cooked.

I don't have a chart either, but I've never found it necessary. FoodSaver'd meat can keep in the freezer for 3 years! Cheese for up to six months in the fridge. As long as it's got a good seal and you're not seeing any ice crystals, it's good to go!

There is a chart in the instructions that come with the Foodsaver. Do you still have yours....if not I can type it up.

Here is a link to the storage chart from the Foodsaver website. Scroll down to page 4.
