    Real egg vs. egg substitute

    Help! I'm throwing together a quick banana bread. The recipe calls for one half cup egg substitute, but I only have eggs on hand. What would the equivalent be? One egg or two? Thanks.

    Two. One large egg is approx. 1/4 cup egg sub.
