ok- it is that time of year here in Indiana to get ready to can green beans.
I still have about 6 jars that are from 2003. The lids are clean - no leakage. I opened 1 and the seal is still intact.
Question - how long are they good? They were canned approx 2 years ago - July 2003. I hate to have anyone eat them and get sick... but they look fine, smell fine, taste fine, and the seal is still "sealed"
