    Jumbo Egg Question

I mistakenly grabbed a carton of jumbo eggs at the store yesterday. I usually by medium or large eggs. So, what do I need to do to account for their huge size in baking?? Or can I use them just like smaller eggs?

    TIA!

I know for sure you can't use them in a one-to-one ratio like large eggs in baking. I think a jumbo egg is the equivalent of 1 1/2 large eggs? I can't quite remember, I just know that the sizing is different, which has made me extra vigilant when I buy eggs so I can avoid this happening to me!
