    Freezing Cooked eggs question

I already know that you can freeze raw eggs because I have done it in the past with the whites, but can you freeze already cooked eggs? In particular, a mini frittata? Or would I be better off mixing the eggs and freezing them unbaked? I would like to make these and if they are any good, freeze the extras.

I have frozen frittatas several times with much success!

Thank you! I think I'll make these when I have fresh eggs in the house.
